Tania's program after 6 month

#21

frontjan25 sidejan25

Program:

Ainterol Pueraria Mirifica: 3x500mg (morning and night)= 1500mg/day
Reishi root: 2x500mg (in the morning) = 1000mg/day
Evening Primrose Oil: 1x1000 mg (morning) = 1000mg/day
Progresterone Cream: every 2 or 3 days

NOTES AND CONCERNS:

Since I've been taking Ainterol, everything is changing in an amazing way. Remember that before Ainterol, I've been taking PM from other brands for almost 1 year.

I stopped taking Medroxyprogesterone and MSM, and only took Reishi and Evening Primrose Oil. I bought Biovea progesterone cream and use it every 2 or 3 days in the morning.

During the first two months with Ainterol, I noticed how the fat in my breasts was slowly growing (finally!). I'm also noticing changes in the rest of my body: a more defined waist, bigger buttocks, body hair is growing more slowly...

In the last month, I'm noticing the birth of the mammary gland (the globules), as well as the nipple is growing.

Am I going in the right direction? Should I take any other supplements (vitamins, calcium,...)?

Kisses to all

Tania, very impressive growth, especially considering you are on a PM regime, its vlearly working well gor you.
My only suggestion is adding a topical regime, there's a few of us doing our own version of it, but it does work.
Keep up the good work.

Program:

Ainterol Pueraria Mirifica: 2x500mg (evenight)= 1000mg/day
Reishi root: 2x500mg (in the morning) = 1000mg/day
Evening Primrose Oil: 1x1000 mg (morning) = 1000mg/day
Progresterone Cream: every 2 or 3 days

NOTES AND CONCERNS:

I started Ainterol in September 2024, so I've been taking Ainterol for 8 months. During all this time, I've found that my optimal dose is 1000mg daily in the evening, working slowly and gradually.

Here's how my breasts have progressed since last summer:

The changes have been spectacular. My breasts keep growing, their mammary glands (not fat), and I notice them getting bigger every day, and above all, they're painful (when I get dressed, hug, etc.). However, I'm also noticing that they're "sagging."

Please: What can you recommend to make them more lifted?

You are making brilliant progress, clearly PM is working well for you.

I've suspected for some time now that PM whilst does cause budding and breast growth, that's all you get. For shape and fullness it needs something extra such as pumping, BO, Oestrogen.

From my experience I only really started developing shape and fullness when I started E, but there are many who have got great results on BO.

Of course, nowadays thanks to Lotus & Lara there is another option, a decent topical regime as that is becoming a game-changer, especially incorporating E,PG,RC,Cayenne & BO.

I suggest progesterone, either boofed (rectally) or better as a combination of boofing + oral. And the Topical Cream Protocol is absolutely amazing on building up lacking breast tissue, you can find a lot of information on it from the dedicated TCP thread, my main trhead and Lotus's Project X thread.
