Started Dec 2023, start photos are from Jan 2024.  I started with a little flabby skin.  I looked at a photo from 5 years prior and it looked the same.

Current photos are today, 1 year 5 months.

PM 1000mg twice daily (2000 total), Ainterol
RR 500mg twice daily, (1000 total), microingredients (started Swanson and quickly swapped)
WP 600mg, Life Extension brand, 252mg paeoniflorin
Calcium 600mg, generic brand
GABA 750mg, now brand
Dandelion root, 525mg, Natures Way brand (recommended 1575mg but didn’t want it to affect me that much
Green Tea Extract, 450mg, Horbäach brand, 95% polyphenols

I haven’t run any sort of pause cycles and have just been taking them straight though.  I started with spearmint at first but quickly found not to eliminate T but let be converted instead.

I just recently read through the topical thread and have two questions for the Red Clover.

What is a good recommended brand and source for it?

Can it be used directly or does it need a carrier oil or something?

I did read that some make a mixture of it, but what about using it by itself, at least at first?

I also read to be careful with topicals and starting too soon.  I really don’t know where I am stage wise and what I can do without some harm.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
