The ones that are in supplements tend to be ones with a large percentage of saponins.

Fenugreek powder tastes quite bad. However, I have tried it mixed in yogurt and it was quite palatable that way. You might also add fennel to the mix. To have hope of any effect I would try several grams, something like topped table spoon, of each.

Yeah I agree, both on the large dose, and also with mixing it with something so it doesn't taste bad.

(on the topic of tasting bad, I used to think Maca powder was really bad and made me gag, but it is nothing compared to the bitterness of Tribulus... wow that stuff was terrible.)
