I've gained 10 pounds in 2 months, I can see some of it in my belly and lower back (and maybe a tad in my breasts)... I hope I didn't sound rude by asking for pics, but I am very curious to see progress with people taking BO without HRT, that is the route that I'm also taking. Thank you for sharing!
Include daily suction cup pumping for a minimum of 10 hrs/ day for 10 weeks or longer. Keep increasing the dome size of your vacuum cups and you will see continued results. Pump your nipples 24/7.
Btw. Ten hours a day on a vacuum pump is insane, in case its like a Noogle pump. That kind of hours aren't really necessary, or if done, it should be done on rather low pressure or it'll result into big time tissue damage like at leats one poster here has doen which I think is extremely dumb idea.
Just a word of caution, longer hours = less pressure or it will cause a lot of harm.
Also, nipple pumping 24/7, like what? What kind of kevlar skin is required for that? I guess men with T dominance have insanely stiff skin which doesn't take damage from anything or something like that. I know I couldn't do anywhere near that kind of hours without causing ton of blisters and stalled blood flow.
I agree, thank you for your reply. Extended duration seems extreme though I'm following established research protocol. I haven't noticed any abhorrent tissue damage
I have better references bookmarked elsewhere. I would love to see more scientific research published about NBE methods, results, safety, and discussion.
I'm not sure how much there is reading about vacuum pumping. Anyway, longer hours will require moderation with pressure, or alternating pressure. I'm not sure which one is really better, more hours or less hours with more pressure. I used to do both and going on crazy hours caused edge marks and discolouration which took around six months to fully heal.
But it seems I'm quite sensitive to it. I'm quite sure hormone balance changing skin quality has to do with this, anyone with T dominance is more likely to have thicker skin so likely higher pressure tolerance.
