Hi Lotus,

Thanks for asking and your interest in my journey.
I am working to get labs done currently through a mail in service and will report back in my program thread when I have the results (previous lab results are on pg2).
I must admit that I am again battling the holidays and all of refined sugar and flour that comes with baking and eating said baked goods.  I expect things to be a bit off until all of the leftovers are gone and my diet is back under control.
Hi Lotus,

Just wanted to say that I have posted my latest lab results to my program thread and I am very disappointed/disheartened with the general direction things are moving.
I will say that the holidays are always a challenge as I love to cook and bake.  Unfortunately, my family does not share my enthusiasm.  Therefore, it is left to me to eat what I make.  On top of that my exercise routine takes a vacation over the holidays.  I am slowly working my way back to healthy habits and much more exercise, but it will take some more time.  (I miss the days of my youth when as a result of Hypoglycemia, I could eat any sugary thing I wanted and loose weight)

In the meantime, it seems like tilting at windmills to attempt to embrace a topical program given the current state of my levels.  Would you agree?

Putting some serious consideration into starting TCP.  Looking for a recommendation of PC.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

SM Nutrition prog cream is the nicest I've tried to far. Price is a bit high, but all PC are expensive.

So my TCP is going well but want to make sure my routine is good or if I need to adjust.  I do this prior to going to bed

25mg micronized DHEA orally
5 drops of RC on each breast and massage in
1 pump of PC on each breast and massage in

Let it absorb into skin before putting a shirt on.

Been using RC apply once in the morning and again after showering in the evening. Was looking at Amazon and they have micronized bio identical progesterone cream  and also bio identical estrogen micronized cream. Would  it help for boob growth adding these to the RC ?

Yes these both do work and both could be part of TCP. Note that creams give far smaller doses than using estrogel or progestogel or progesterone capsules, but their effect is otherwise the same. I recently stopped uysing creams for neither, kinda ironic that I do not use cream of DHEA, Prog, or E2, but micronised powder and gels used for HRT instead. Its cheaper. -+

I was about to post to this thread anyway as I have some news, I'm hitting 44 months on HRT in few days, I've been doing the topical protocol for eighteen months, last few have included RC extract, the olive oil shot and continous Prog dosing with last month introducing some tweaks, I'm so far very happy with the difference its making and will post in detail to my main thread, I'll copy & paste the relevant findings here too

Just to note that topical bovine ovary might be a thing to do and alternating days with prog & estrogens might be another great idea, it seems more efficient than 15/15 day cycle. I've done RC extract for four months now and it might be showing signs of the cumulative effect Lotus was speculating about, or was that based on some study? Anyway, PPAR-y activators appear to have cumulative effects and RC has that quality too so this isn't surprising.

I reached female levels of E2 in my blood with the OTC estrogen cream in question.

If you calculate it, it's 0.02% E2 vs. 0.06% E2 in estrogel.
3x times smaller dose is not "far" for a topical cream.

What are "female levels" you're referring to? Did you get bloods done? If not, come back to talk about this once you have. Absorbtion is totally different thing from the amount of estradiol used.

Creams have nowhere near the concentration that estradiol gels or injection has. I can fight about this if I have to. Creams are meant for menopause symptoms, actual HRT medication is meant for actual HRT. Also used to ease menopause symptoms but thats the point. You would need a fuckton of normal creams to go anywhere near "female levels" which is kinda moot because levels vary massively depending on person and time of the cycle.

For example, my average estradiol levels are 300pg/ml, tell me about a estradiol cream that can go anywhere near it and I'll give you a cookie. You wont find one. Unless of course you take a bath in the said cream.  Rolleyes

Give me facts, this could turn into an interesting lesson in endocrinology.

I'm doing extensive hormone panels twice per month, along with 176 other test lines.

OTC cream alone brought up 160 pg/mL with 12g/day application after 2 weeks.
I had to lower Een to 3mg/week to keep E2 in blood below 350.

And if you carefully read the instructions of https://www.iherb.com/pr/life-flo-biestr...12-g/23751 and calculate it - it's ~0.02% E2. https://www.estrogel.com/ is 0.06%. 3x difference only.

I don't know what you are fighting here. You can get to 300pg/ml, probably with 20-25g/day of it.
It's a slower absorbing medium than gels since it has tons of sheer butter, but it still works.
And saying that it's nowhere near is just irresponsible.

HRT is a term that originates from menopause syndrome treatment.
Since menopause E2 levels are pretty much male, it's a similar level of exogenous E2 used for trans-HRT and menopause HRT.
