I'm male staying male and have managed to grow a half decent pair of B-cups and now focussing on shaping up my lower half.
If I knew what I know now back when I started, I wouldn't even consider PM at all, far too many accounts of DVT and overall the return on investment for growth is not worth it.
When I did PM, I bud and did grow some breasts, but they wee very much manboobs, and to achieve that I had to take a bucket load of the stuff.
If I was starting out again,, I'd start on BO & glandular supplemented with a good topical regime along with lower half feminisation exercises.
BO, although I had to take a lot of it, the ROI: to growth ratio was far better and resulted in better shape and fullness, it also started to add some lower half curves to. That's the bonus with BO it will help overall body feminisation

The only downside to BO is that for unknown reasons it doesn't work for everyone!
Study the topical thread, as you can mix and match the regime, most are using it to promote breast growth, which DOES work and others like me are using it promote lower half feminisation, which is slowly but surely working for me.
Search YouTUbe and find a feminisation exercise that you can stick to that targets butt, thighs and legs, there's loads of lovey ladies on there all with their own take on feminisation exercise. With a bit of dedication these exercises DO work.
