I've read about it helping joint pain and nerve damage so may well be beneficial for my knak'd knees and wrists 

The one I'm looking at is from Regency Organics Ltd and along with other sources says it cant be use neat and must be diluted, which Stevantor yours is, but HH the Amazon DE one you have doesn't seem to be diluted.

So maybe I go with the 70% diluted with de-mineralised water DMSO as I am already using Aloe Vera which I presume will dilute the DMSO further, or I might play safe and use their 'ready to use' DMSO which is 70% and 30% de-mineralised water.

Then routine wise, apply the DMSO, then the Aloe Vera, let both start to soak in before applying my DHEA etc mix.

Did you have any problems with the nasty garlic smell/rotting cauliflower smell oozing from your pores and your breath?? I tried a 70% DMSO/Aloe gel with DHEA powder and it was a strong odour for me . I diluted DMSO down to 30% by adding more aloe gel but i just couldnt lose the smelly smell so I had to drop the DMSO which is  shame. Love Chloe

No smell what so ever, nothing at all. The most smelliest ingredient I have is red clover extract and its not exactly strong, smells like fresh flowery grass stuff, reminds me of animal feed given to horses. DMSO though, zero scent at all, not even the cream in which its mixed into smells like anything at all. Bovine Ovary has mild disctinct smell to it of course, but its barely noticeable.

No smell here either. Maybe you're still not diluting it enough or there's another additive in whatever you're using that's causing it? You don't really need more than 20% as DMSO is very powerful and will help everything get absorbed by your skin.

No smell at all. Perhaps a colonic is in order? It can be highly effective in stimulating the colon to eliminate putrefactive waste from the body. Colonics tend to be more soothing and thorough, too!!

Thanks for asking and your interest in my journey.
I am working to get labs done currently through a mail in service and will report back in my program thread when I have the results (previous lab results are on pg2).
I must admit that I am again battling the holidays and all of refined sugar and flour that comes with baking and eating said baked goods.  I expect things to be a bit off until all of the leftovers are gone and my diet is back under control.

Rate my Topical RegiemeHi everyone , Ive been following this thread with great interest and finally took the plunge to try it out . I only started on Sunday (2 days ago ) so am keen to make sure I get it right.
Here's what I have :

Life-Flo BiEstro-Care Body Cream 4 fl.oz - Natural Estrogen Support - (Progesterone derived and converted from wild yam and plant estrogens). I use a pea sized blob on each breast 2 times a day morning and night.

Life-Flo Progesta-Care Plus Body Cream 4 fl.oz - Hormone Balance Support - (Formulated with two kinds of estrogen - estriol and estradiol). I use a pea sized blob on each breast 2 times a day morning and night.

Red Clover Tincture - (Red Clover, ethanol and water extraction. Extraction Ratio: 1:3 Alcohol Volume: 45%). I use 0.5ml tincture rubbed on each nipple twice a day morning and night.

Swanson, DHEA, 50 mg , 120 Capsules - (micronised DHEA capsules 50mg DHEA per capsule).I use one capsule mixed in 5-10ml Aloe Vera Gel spread over 2 breasts twice a day morning and night.

in the background I also take 1mg of Finasteride each day in the morning.

I had a couple of questions :

1. Do you apply all these ingredients to the breasts together ? or do you apply them on separate days eg : day 1 spread estrogen, day 2 spread progesterone, day 3 spread DHEA ?


Any help and guidance would be appreciated

Hi Chloe,

I've no experience with the Life-Pro products, as I use different prog and est creams, but this is what I started to do on my hips & thighs, but I know others do something similar for their breast regime.

Spray disinfect the area, apply aloe vera gel and let that start to soak in.
Then apply all mixed together, 3 pumps of Prog cream, 1 dollop of estrogel, 15 drops of RC (extract) to mix the 1cap ea of DHEA, BO & MG. I then add a dropper of cayenne after wards and rub that in.

Breast only get a disinfect, apply the aloe vera gel then alternating daily prog cream and estrogel, then a few drops of RC extract to each and usually a drop or two of cayenne to each to.

Our fantastic Lotus has said that the reason for alternating is prog = side branch growth and est = nipple & areola growth

I personally do not use E cream due to the fact that it's not bioidentical and even if it was applying E directly to your breasts, as far as I'm aware, increases your chance of breast cancer.

I do my prog cream, volufiline, and DHEA all together. I just use a small bowl that I sterilize with 99% isopropyl alcohol in a spray bottle, do two pumps of my prog cream, add 10 drops of volufiline, 5-7 drops of DMSO, then crack open a 100mg micronized DHEA capsule and mix it all together with a popsicle stick that I also spray with alcohol beforehand. After it's mixed I then spray my breasts, microneedle, then apply it evenly.
I then do the same thing minus the microneedling to my butt and hips.
Let it sit for ~15 minutes then throw on panties and a tank top and night night.
I do this every night with the rest of my nighttime self care routine.

Both topical progesterone and topical DHEA can and will diminish breast cancer risk. Topical estradiol and estriol work as combination with the other ingredients and dosages are low to moderate, its unlikely to be risky when topical DHEA and Prog part of the program.

This information is posted earlier in this thread (I think?) and Project X thread. At least the part about DHEA comes from a study that's been shared and discussed earlier. Search function is better than my memory so go and look it up.
