Hi Nexum, were on Reddit @ r/NaturalBreastGrowth, I encourage everyone to check it out, talk about what worked for you, etc. The following is what I shared the other day at r/NaturalBreastGrowth. Reddit NBE lacks the experience of what we've seen work here at Breastnexum. Much of what I've seen posted on reddit NBE comes from this forum, some claiming they discovered or put the information together themselves... and mostly lacking citations (with the exception of a few). The HRT community generally thinks of NBE as a joke, lol... we know otherwise. I can say we're often imitated but not duplicated (as the saying goes).
Hi, I shared this following tip at breastnexum the other day, I was speaking of using Red Clover liquid extract, Vit D3 in organic extra virgin olive oil, Estrogel (or BioLabs E1/E2) in that order. It absorbs okay, 5-10mins.

On page one (of the X-thread https://www.breastnexum.com/showthread.php?tid=17436 ) I discuss vitamin D3 as it relates to breast health and growth. Listed therein is scientific evidence how Vit D3 stimulates IGF-1 and supports E2… and protects against cancer.

I prefer D3 with organic extra virgin olive oil. I use an 18 gauge needle (you use what works for you, be careful as they are slippery little suckers) pierce the vit D3 capsule… one capsule spread per breast areola.
Presently, I apply the mix to my areolas (nipples too), it's okay if mixture fans out past areola (factoring in for those with small areolas) around bedtime (my preferred time). Individual results may vary. In my trial, the next morning I woke up to see a widened areola and a wider base of the whole area.
Putting the skin applications all together (I've shared here) I can see running two days of each application worthy of trying. Meaning, a two day application of DHEA that improves breast atrophy, followed by 2 days of progesterone cream (or P4 gel). Then followed by a BioLabs E1/E2 cream… or the procedure I posted above. In other words, using the 2 day mixed method covers certain aspects of breast growth, imho.
In 2016 I shared the following information about MSM. It was long before we understood the potential of what MSM could do.
Growth Hormones create new receptors, lactate triggers HGH. HIIT also triggers repair peptides, which helps fight the free radicals, in other words tissue repair. You could supplement pre or post workout with MSM, imo supplementing pre-workout would synergistically work with HGH. Make sleeping part of the fasting process, create your own schedule to manage time limits.
Mechanism of Action: Hormones with Cell Surface Receptors

MSM does many things, top of the list is breast cancer protection. Indirectly to NBE, MSM upregulates growth hormone, which is essential for breast growth as we know. If we take a lead from this first study we see a possible link towards NBE, but it leans towards favoring males in the liver. I'll look further though.
MSM-(new findings)
Growth hormone (GH) is a regulator of bone growth and bone metabolism. GH activates several signaling pathways such as the Janus kinase (Jak)/signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT) pathway, thereby regulating expression of genes including insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-1. GH exerts effects both directly and via IGF-1, which signals by activating the IGF-1 receptor (IGF-1R).

Transcription of the genes encoding both ERα (Esr1) and ERβ (Esr2) is stimulated by PRL through the Jak2–Stat5 pathway and Stat5-response elements that are located in each of the Esr promoters.

This means MSM stimulates the stat5 pathway and thereby in the process stimulates estrogen receptors, (ERα (Esr1) and ERβ (Esr2)... awesome huh?. Finally, the connection is clear.
