I thought I'd update. I've read elsewhere here that too much FG can possibly be counterproductive, if I remember right maybe especially before budding. So I've halved my dosage, or close to it, following I believe it is Lotus's recommendation of no more than 500-600 mg thrice daily (I had been doing 1000mg thrice daily).

My nipples don't seem to be as fun on the reduced dose. Not as much engorgement and the sensitivity is down. 

That's just my observation, in line with this thread. It's not meant to be a bad thing- I want buds, and if 1500-1800mg/day is more conducive than 3000mg/day, I'm good with that.

There is another thread on here somewhere that talks about nipple sensation, but in essence you can increase sensitivity through nipple stimulation. However, it takes a long time as in a year or more likely more, frequency like lots of and consistency doing it as much as you can.
Ok, might take a long time but it sure would be a great ride along the way

I just got my fenugreek today, and will be taking the recommended dosage on the bottle, three times daily. I'll be eager to see if it has a similar effect on me. I also ordered some fennel with it and that's also thrice daily. But I'm being very modest-for now the dosages on the bottles, along with hops and cimetidine in the evening (for stomach issues, it could have been any of that class of drug but since cimetidine messes with hormones, obviously that's the one I want to take)

I started with 610mg 2 times a day took them for over 1 year, when I found this web site and read a post on this site that said you need to take 2300mg a day to get any real breast growth with fenugreek, as well as other stuff my nipples did grow some and had a lot more felling in them I started taking 2300mg 2 times a day and I got more breast size and lumps in my breast I was not sure what the lumps were so I had my doctor look at them he had me do a mammogram to make sure it was not cancer he told me they are mammon glands or milk glands he told me that can be from the fenugreek, I started taking fenugreek to help lower my blood sugars and yes it does help to lower your blood sugar as well as it could help grow your breast some I have taking fenugreek for over 3 years now but only got a small amount of breast growth I still take 2300mg 2 times a day I now added BO about 8 months ago I take 1 250mg tab a day and my breast have growing a lot. good luck with your growth. getting my next mammogram in 8 days from now for a new check up my doctor wants and no I have not told him about the BO as I would hear no end of why do you need breast lol

Well. Right now I'm not following my own advice, I'm taking about 2,700 mg a day. I enjoy the sensation too much. Which is just now starting to kick in, I'd taken a hiatus from taking anything at all- the old 'I'm not doing this anymore' but I repented, I missed my supplements

她只提到她感到乳头有些敏镐。她没提到，但我不认为她胸围增加了，因为她也提到她只服用了葫芦巴几天。

Question on the brand and type of Fenugreek to use.

I tried taking some about a year ago, but had to stop within a few days as it was giving my body a really strong odor of maple syrup or similar.  Would there be an odorless version?

I had the odor of maple syrup as well a few days after taking them, but it did not harm me in any way that I could tell
the odor went away with in a week, or I could not smell it anymore lol I have used Fenugreek for over 2 years now and still take 2 a day 1350mg each so 2700mg a day I have read a lot of post that talks about the odor but have not read that it has hurt anyone I am not a doctor but I think it should be safe for most people to use it but that is up to you, I am sure it has help me with my breast growth.
