Was on herbal  for 3 years then switched over to medical HRT since 2019..I currently taking .2 ml of estrogen 2x a week by intramuscular  injection..and 200 mg progesterone once in evening.
I should mention I stopped T blockers.. i Was on spironolactone  50 mg..lost interest in sex..
 I am recently dating a post operative transwoman...
 Even though we still both love men that old feeling comes back. Well I love her.
 The viagra hopes immensely

I  Have a house cocktail party I'm playing for 2 married gay men who happen to  Have more money than God.
 The caterer  asked me to wear something festive. The only thing I could come up with was a new red top I had bought and a black skirt that I had..  For accessories.. gold earrings gold bracelet and gold boots..
 I am not going to wear a bra I love the way this top looks on my breasts now ...would love some one's opinion about this outfit.

So I'm exercising regularly. Added flax seed gold and freshly ground to my diet..
Breast massage every day. I should mention I don't drink or smoke..I just turned 60..I'm feeling good
