I find this statement hard to believe, zoom in on the bottle with the orange cap (which appears to be MSM?) and what's next to it? Estradiol Valerate…which is used for HRT intramuscular or subQ injections, alongside a gazillion herbal supplements which contradicts the above statement of:

Lets talk about how you continue to sabotage your programs, which I've already addressed this with you before. I see you have a list names of people who you blame for your lack of breast growth, you even put HelloDidi on there for some reason. But you can't blame those people, you didn't give them an honest chance either…2 weeks at the most?, I doubt anybody will believe your sincerity longer than that. 

You know who's not on that list? YOU…or your DOCTOR. You failed in informing your doctor of all the changes you continually made without his knowledge. 

All the add-ons you made or modified because you were impatient (or lacked the emotional maturity) sabotaged your estrogen receptors which downregulates estradiol receptors, in others words you overstimulated them. You have so many conflicting herbals like fenugreek which increases estradiol by itself while adding bountiful breast (stimulating the pituitary) and whatever other cornucopia of supplements you have pictured, then you change it after 2 weeks like I predicted and what do you think is going to happen?. It takes longer than 2 weeks to see if a program is working, and the way you've mucked things up you better tack on more time to that, id say give it two months (minimum), then two months detox before starting something else.

But currently, It'll take you weeks (min: 3 weeks) to clear out your receptors. Don't take any supplements or hrt meds until you do a complete detox. Then start with doc and get an HRT lab panel completed, start fresh. 

Get off this forum and others like it, let your mind and body heal. I am worried about you, I truly am. As many time as you talk about your own death I think its best you be taken off this forum for your own safety if you don't take yourself off. Good luck, I hope you take this advice seriously and others will join in to support this move.

Bovine ovary/bountiful breast is simply placebo pills I am not going to continue taking them.

I heard some people add PM pills to this routine, I am low on my Ainterol and people claim that is the only brand that "works". I have several other brands, I just don't think it's smart because my estradiol trough is over 200 pg/ml.

I've had breaks before for the estrogen receptors. You know who doesn't tell their doctor about herbs and supplements? Everyone.

2 weeks? Try 3 months for each program.


"I have not tried breast supplements before HRT like others here" is a true statement. I started HRT over 4 years ago. I started NBE about 3 years ago.

The supplements never interfere with my blood work because I stop them a few weeks before I have my blood drawn.

Since last time  i posted on my thread after not  even a week i had another lack of motivation and stopped taking NBE.  It has been like this since  the start of 2022, not  only for NBE but for everything in general, periods i am super motivated and want to do something and then everything fades out pretty fast.
Apart from that i had these May/June/July busy with University exams, i just took today the final exam for this semester session. Now i think i will rest for a while, until next exam session. In the meantime i was planning to return once again to NBE, but quieter this time as i don't want to make too much fuss about starting again.

Actually no, one month ago i've been to the hairdresser and had my hair cut short, mostly because of split ends and summer heat being a problem. They are still long but just reach my shoulders, at the beginning was  quite shocked because it was too short but now they are getting to a comfortable length again  Big Grin 
I've been thinking about the "proverbial trans fence" you told me long ago, and have been wondering for a while what my life would be if i'd transition or not at some point. Thinking to go back to a LGBT friendly place to discuss this (been there one year ago but never came back).
I think i'll write something on the thread one of these days, as there is quite  a bit of stuff to say, like the other day which i kinda outed myself in front of my mother and brother (still not exactly sure if i got taken seriously or not).

"full time fox?" i sense there is some sort of  double meaning here, but not exactly sure. what it is. I love foxes and sometimes have imagined myself as one ahah that's why the "part time fox".  But now am curious to know what you meant there!  Smile <3

A few. Astaxanthin is a healthly supplement aside from using in just in nbe or hrt, but you'll see the notes I've archived here for breast growth. Health benefits range in diabetes, ATP production, DNA protection, inhibition of DHT, reducing inflammation, cAMP (pro aromatase) and many more. Btw, we've outlined how astaxanthin helped with breast in 2016 (here at BN...in this thread, coincidence?maybe, maybe not).  Wink My theory doesn't rely on solely on the reduction of DHT by 5ar, no sir, but also via the addition of the the second messengers. But, you have understand the concept of what second messengers, more importantly
...cAMP (cyclic nucleotide monophosphates) and what it does to biosynthesis of estrogen, to jump down this rabbit hole you'll need clear your mind of any cobwebs, it's deep, but fun stuff.  Tongue

High fat diet alters estrogen receptor expression, now I think I have a good idea why NBE some get apples and pear shapes. Overview of inflammation
Chronic inflammation can result from a viral or microbial infection, environmental antigen (e.g., pollen), autoimmune reaction, or persistent activation of inflammatory molecules. Carotenoids
Various dietary phytochemicals could affect inflammatory processes within the body. In one study, the carotenoid β-carotene displayed anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting pro-inflammatory gene expression through suppressing the activation of NFκ-B, a redox-sensitive transcription factor (66). Specifically, a decrease in expression of various pro-inflammatory genes was seen with β-carotene treatment when an endotoxin was used to induce inflammation in macrophages in vitro as well as mice in vivo (66). The meaning behind the " Full time Fox " reference is simple, why limit yourself to just being a part-time fox, that's the way I took the meaning of your fox reference, lol not the furry kind.

Hi, I used this plan. Additionally, there's other things to add that will help with breast growth and the formation of breast buds...aka: Terminal End Buds(T.E.B's) that will be shared at a later date.

Pueraria mirifica @ 500-1500pm (daily)
Progesterone cream-⅛ teaspoon per breast (3-4 times per week)
MSM 1-3g per day. antioxidant, taking msm facilitates a pro-breast growth pathway called STAT5, it's a protein synthesizer, Meaning it helps raise growth hormone.
Vitamin D3 & Calcium, helps with breast growing. If you take Calcium you need V-D3 to become more biologically active. Source vitamin D3 with organic olive oil. 
Melatonin (dosage varies per person), taking this is going after REM and Deep sleep stages (@ body healing), and other things. 
Reishi extract-follow manufacturers dosing guidelines, the higher the polysaccharides the stronger anti-androgen. Like this one below, it's organic and 35% polysaccharides. 

Technically, MSM stimulates the stat5 pathway which facilitates phosphorylation and the nuclear translocation and DNA binding...in other words it helps with breast growth. MSM also stimulates prolactin and enhances GH (growth hormone)lol.
