It may be on here somewhere but i cannot find it so starting a new thread.

I have just started Red Reishi Mushroom Capsules 1100mg from Amazon, arrived yeaterday and I took 2 as stated on the bottle, I have 2 questions if someone can kindly answer them for me.

1. Does it help with PM, if so is 2 capsules enough

2. How long does it take to work.

RR will work very quickly to eliminate the morning wood and most wood anytime there after.
Depending on you age I would think a week would be about right, less if older than 50.
2 caps should be fine, although I dont know about the Amazon brand.

You should notice a calming after a few days and thats when you know its killing off all those nasty DHT's
And the PM can do its job fatser
