i am taking bo with hormone essentials and pituitary glandular, What is the story about taking pm with bo, i am unclear if you take at the same time or

in the same regiment, or do you not mix and match these herbs?

Think the general consensus is you take one or the other, not both else you'll run into problems, BO is fairly strong stuff once it gets going from what I've read, and if your going from PM to BO it's advisable to have a 2 week period between stopping PM and starting BO.
