Okay so I haven’t mad a post all last month.
Well here’s an update on progress:

My underbust is about 75cm and my top bust is about 101cm before noogle, and 104cm with swelling.
The pics are obviously after swelling.

I agree. Noogleberry does pretty well for me.
It takes a long time for results to become permanent, but keep going and I’ll be rewarded eventually.
Consistency is important an any NBE program

Update!

I’m still about the same size after measuring.
These new bras I bought are made to help build a round shape for your breast as they grow.
The removable pads aren’t too thick.
I’ve increased my noogling time to about an hour.
I’m also doing chest exercises now to help build cleavage.
Hopefully, I’ll see results in 30 days.
I want to be able to use my whole chest as a shelf eventually and not just one boob at a time

Hello all!
Coming in with another update.
I think I’ll stick to wearing the LL+ size night bra since they don’t make my shoulders hurt. I have outgrown my M-L+ size that supports up to an F cup.I’ve grown another cm seems like.

Measurements before last noogling session
Underbust measures at 77cm
Across the bust at 103cm
Bra size 32G/70G
