Hi folks, just wondering if I was to take PM for a few year and have some growth, then I stopped - would the effects reverse.

Or would some effects be permanent?

Only partially. It's a mix of breast growth and fat redistribution. The fat redistribution would eventually change back, but actual breast growth is permanent.
