Has anyone seen these for sale?

Never seen those before!!
Look like they rely on the nipple being pierced, mine are pierced but can't imagine how they wouldn't hurt like heck and would have thought they would stretch the piercing to ouch!!!!

It looks like you would run the risk of migration if used too much

I would suggest Supple Nips or a snakebite kit as more effective, due to risk of piercing migration, as taxing said.
These might be great for play though.
