Hi Michelle - I started on BO (Swansons) on July 18, 2018 and am taking 1000 mg in AM and 1000 mg at night.  I discovered that you have to be very patient with BO.  Although it is extremely potent, the changes are very subtle.  After 14 months, I am a solid A cup.  The changes are more pronounced physically and mentally.  I no longer get erections; my sex drive is non-existent, and if I do try to masturbate, it is an effort to have an orgasm. I shave twice a week, and the hairs on my arms, legs, and chest are becoming less and less.  Mentally, I am more emotional and cry at the whim.

I do have a question for the smarter ones on this board.  Is estrogen addictive?  I think that I am starting to crave the sensations that my body feels soon after I take the tablets.  I have read that many long time users of BO on this board switched over to pharma and fully transitioned.  I am also moving in that direction. I have an appointment with an endocrinologist this week. WOW!!!

Discovering new pains today just getting over the flu and when I have the major coughs I can feel my whole body like it doesn't have enough room to allow me to exhale I suppose I could say kind of weird  well anyways I'm getting better

 thank you , noticing I should cup a breast if im laying on my side inbed or my arm is pinching my side just enough to feel uncomfortable ,have too many migranes every weekend I'm thinking about cutting back on my amount to just 500 mg and see if that helps,has any one noticed crazy dreams from BO?, Probably not related

Well now getting into October, I keep noticing rapid heart beating at times and burning sensation in left legg, haven't had a growth sensation in quite a while,still taking 2 on morning/ 2 at night, think I'll take rest of the month off and see if this goes away,rea rea wonder if there is a benefit to going past a year and a half, might just have to stretch out my supply and consider pm later next year

Well nearing the end of Nov 2019 ,im still one of the few chugging along on the BO
 my previous post i had issues that seamed to now go away ,was very tempted to take a break the rest of the year , but of course i went ahead and ordered 8 more bottles threw amazon ( the price was quite cheap compared to other time i have ordered -seeing a fluctuation }
the other day went to a specialist to see about a growth i have had on the back of my neck since i was in my late teens /now 51 ,
wanted a idea of cost to remove it ,my mother even volunteered to pay for it as long as the price was not to high ,i of course been shaving my chest hair weekly for over a year now and with my mom in the room when being inspected i wonder if she would catch on seeing my growth ( which i feel has not been much for awhile now )
any how she did not mention anything about it she has not seen me with out a shirt for years ( i have been aware of slight changes in my chest since i was 48 BTW)
well the gave me a price and i decided i could not have her helping with the cost , i would rather spend that amount on so many other things to help femm myself

so im on to seeing the rest of the year on 8 pills a day and as long as i have no issues i can hope to show more changes

Yes I think I should try at least 2 years maybe 3 , side note last night I was barely able to perform as a husband,was not even worried about it if I could not
