So I’m starting this thread as a progress tracker. I have been reading so many positive posts about their results on PM that I think I am really ready to give it a go.
I tried a few years back but stopped at about 2 months in as I was in doubt and I think I started too quickly.
I am going to do more research on which brands and will start with a 500mg a day for the first week or so and then go up from there.
Also I have the goal to quit smoking so I know weight gain is typical but I want to make sure it distributes the way I would like, waist, hips, and breasts. I crossdress on occasion
So some natural curves couldn’t hurt!
I’m currently 6’ and about 140lbs. So I can stand to gain a few lbs as long as in the right places
Any advice is welcome.
