I want an orchi at 65 so thats 10 years away,

Feels good to have something to aim at, BUT if my beautiful wife says enough penetrative sex or goes off it then it will happen earlier

You of all people I’m surprised that you want an orchi. 
I turn 57 this summer. The last many months I’ve been 
wanting one. Like OP, my target date would be 70, but 
I could have one now & be Ok with it. Like you, the wife’s
needs play a strong role in this. PM has been hard enough 
on the love life. Switching between PM & BO have improved 
that area, but if I was single, I’d definitely explore it now, 
and I’d go full bore NBE, still waiting for retirement & family 
issues to resolve themselves before switching full time to 
HRT. I could see that happening more so than an orchi, but 
I could definitely have one and be Ok with it.
