I have the same problem ... White cum doesn't stop with estrogen and antiandrogen.. for some reason the factory is running .. it's a peculiar thing with some people.

PM stopped me at near to 3 months, but after 3 weeks off PM it came back fair to OK, but was clear runny and near impossible to get hard after the 2nd month on PM

Really no erections. Can get a little hard with Viagra. Really no ejaculate just an extremely small amount of clear liquid seeps out at the  end. It makes me feel good that feminization is working.

When you’re at the stage that NQM is, it’s definitely working.

it went clear after about 6 months, then there was just less and less, and at about 18 months there was absolutely Nothing at all, Zero! That was 18 months ago and it`s still Zero.

You really need to get your T down Low and keep it that way with no breaks for a Long time before it changes.
