I would say if you want to use Vitex use it 1st then after 8 months of use you can start with BO & WP together. Any herb that messes with hormones will interfere with Vitex so it is best used before anything else. Vitex raises Progesterone and balances out T & E plus it also acts like a Anti-Androgen it will also help with decreasing or eliminating body hair. There is allot of information online about everything it does do.

To be honest White peony is better than Bovine Ovaries, and cleaner, it works as an Androgen and a Estrogen

And BO wins hands down. To those it works on, its amazing, no herb comes close.

The reason why BO works is because it's a direct source of actual animal-based estrogens.
Humans are animals, not plants, so we use animal-based sex hormones.
Plants only have phytoestrogens, which is plant-based, and even though it works (since it's one of a plant's defense mechanisms), it doesn't work all the way through.
Which is why I still maintain some feminization from years of PM, but at the same time also maintained a mostly male body.
