Is the reishi mushroom better than what you were using before

Reshi is stronger then chaste tree. But it might not inhibit hair re growth
We will see in a few months. I got powder so apparently u can only take it for less the 30 days or u can get poison liver so 3 weeks works for my new rotation then 1 week off.

oh, where is this warning coming from ? I am using reishi for 9 weeks in a row and I didn't hear that :-o

reshi powder can only be used for less then a month or you could posion ur liver... the liquid extract can safely be used for a year.

It kinda sucks but it fits in with my new program 3 weeks on BO / reshi 1 week off.
1st week OFF.
2nd week each day 6 BO pills 2 reshi
3rd week each day 8 BO pills 2 reshi
4th week each day 12 BO pills 2 reshi
rinse and repeat.

Hmmmm I got it. I am using capsuls I just wonder why the powder is toxic for the liver when the extract is not. Why are you not using the extract then ?

I don't see any scientific literature listed from webmd of reishi harming the liver. Mutiple studies indicate reishi is hepatoprotective, prevents cancer, improves immune function and many other benefits.
