Hi Atom, I understand why you chose these products, here's my opinion FWIW. Wink w/dosing options. Some herbs tend to overlap, while others have a specific response. E.g. An herb that promotes milk supply is a direct prolactin response. Prolactin can spike gaba and lower E2, not so great for NBE sometimes, promoting serotonin does support NBE, (coconut oil).

PUERARIA MIRIFCA-
  • PUERARIA MIRIFCA- The most potent phytoestrogen, targets E receptors, minor AA (daidzien) pro-aromatase (Genistein), potential to suppress gonadotropins, potential vasoconstrictor, can increase the potential for blood clots relative to estradiol (especially if you are predisposed).
PUERARIA MIRIFICA -Moderate Interaction
  • 1-2 grams total

Nigella powder (2 grams) results in reduced fasting blood sugar levels, decreased insulin resistance, increased beta-cell function in the pancreas. Inhibits 5 ar (anti-DHT)
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21675032)
Molecular targeting of Akt by thymoquinone promotes G(1) arrest through translation inhibition of cyclin D1 and induces apoptosis in breast cancer cells.
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/24044882/

SHATAVARI-Phytoestrogen, normalizes estrogen levels, prolactin source, adaptogen

Fenugreek stimulates prolactin and estrogen, phytoestrogen, adaptogen, minor 5 ar and aromatase (3 grams, either or, not both)

Fennel •Promotes milk production, nutrient rich for NBE growth, stimulates the growth of breast tissue 2 cups

White Peony root lowers total serum and free testosterone in women with PCOS, regulates LH to FSH ratio. (note-when combined with Licorice root). Depends on his you take it:
    1 gram

130 mg Forskohlii extract 20% (pro aromatase)
MSM 3-grams (take w/Vitamin C and D. Get exercise (HITT) and it will increase IGF/HGH output naturally, add intermittent fasting and it raises it some 2000%.

OATS-Phytoestrogen, decreases SHBG, source of zinc, iron, vitamins B6, vitamin E and amino acids (1 cup)

YOGURT-Rich in vitamins, calcium and minerals, growth factors stimulate fibroblast proliferation, collagen, probiotic , and has lactic acid component 1 per day

COCONUT OIL- Makes connective tissues stronger, superb antioxidant, neutralizes free radicals and slowing down aging, aids in breast feeding, nature's richest source of MCFAs." aromatase, stimulates hormones, carrier protein, (a must have for breast growth) 5 ar inhibitor 1-3 tablespoons

inflammation is a big obstacle, it's tied to most illness, use caution with increased phytoestrogens, GH's (glucocorticoids), hormones, etc. Take a baby aspirin daily to prevent DVT. Add progesterone cream 1/4 teaspoons 3x a week (apply directly, also protects against breast cancer proliferation), builds breast tissue and inhibits DHT. Add 2-3 cups of green tea, it's also a strong anti-androgen and overall breast cancer pre-emptive measure.

Thanks a lot, I forgot to add that I do take Vitamin D, and a green tea and black tea mix daily, 2 tea bags each @ twice a day. I have progesterone cream from Now Foods, is that good? I used it a couple times when I first started but then I heard it stopped growth, I see you do promote it though, well I guess you know better so I will do that.

...and to iaboy thanks for the info, although my growth hasn't stopped it just slowed down from the quick start, I do notice a slight growth every day. I am about at half of what Lotus was at 6 months, slightly more, that is after 5 months.

Here I am. Blush yes of course I'll say goodbye before leaving on this spooktacular halloween Big Grin

But first: A simple (mild) program for the ladies.

Start with aromatherapy in the morning, followed by a few cups of green tea throughout the day. Limit sugar intake (spikes inflammation and testosterone), caffeine and stress (use coping mechanisms).
  • Frankincense oil (aromatherapy) regulates estrogen production in women and reduces the risk of post-menopause tumor or cyst formation in the uterus (uterine cancer). It also regulates the menstrual cycle of premenopausal women.

  • Essential oils
    http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articl...-oils.aspx
  • Coconut oil 1 tablespoon 3-4x per week (stimulates endocrine system, plus many other benefits)
  • walnuts (daily) 2-3 pieces (1/4 is ok), DHT inhibitor, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer
  • Protein (1 greek yogurt)
  • Fast for 12-14 hours (2-3x per week) generates synthesis (new breast growth)
  • Exercisestimulate growth hormones (high intensity, if possible)
  • Sleep (7-8 hrs). melatonin 2 mg to help promote growth hormone
  • Vitamin A, C, D helps supports against damaged tissues, collagen production, and protects against harmful free radicals that inhibit breast growth
  • Green tea promotes aromatase, anti-oxidation, estrogen, modifies signaling transduction pathways, relieves oxidative stress (reduces lipid oxidation), possess potent iron-chelating radical-scavenging and anti-inflammatory activities (polyphenols are powerful free radical destroyers), protects against neurological diseases. Green tea catechins ameliorate adipose insulin resistance.
  • Fennel tea-good for increasing milk volume, breast roundness

I profess... Not sure why they set it up the way they did. After all, Greenwich is not in the Pacific Basin, earth rotates to the east. So, Greenwich should be the start of the next day. I just don't get it.
