Hi,

I wanted to start this now and kind of log my journey as others have before me.

I have a lot of medical issues so I am very cautious and trying to take things slowly.

For over a year now I have been taking light doses of PM 500 - 1000 mg, mainly for the health benefits it provides.

I started getting small budding but not much else.

My chest and ribs are oddly shaped. My ribs are wide at the bottom and narrow at the top.

I had measurements that look like this.

Bottom of ribs 40
under bust 36
over bust 36
Breast 36

I point out how wide my rib cage is at the bottom because it kinds shows how skinny I look above them


About a month ago I decided I wanted to are make them grow. I pushed my PM dose to 2500 mg and added PM extract rub with massage.

The growth was faster then I had anticipated it would be. But i should have kind of known better since I come from a family of well endowed ladies.



My measurements after 4 weeks is now

under bust 36
over bust 37
bust 38

Measurements where with out a bra and snug around my breasts so they may not be right and because of how my chest is shaped its hardly noticeable other than the slight breast crease that's starting to form.

I have lowered the dose of PM to 1500 MG because I don't want to grow too fast or too large.

The one thing that bugs me a little is how big the buds have gotten.
This is all new to me but they seem over sized compared to what I have read. They are about as big around as a silver dollar.

Hey Agent, are you taking anything other than PM and what brand? Also, you should take pictures, even if you never post them here. Pictures very seldom lie about progress, unless photo shopped. LOL

I take PM and Just started on some SP but it gives me bad headaches so I stopped.

As I said I am on a lot of other meds so I have to be really careful of interactions between my medications and supplements.

I started taking pictures, Not sure if I will share them. You can see a big difference as I actually look like I have a chest now, I did not take them a year ago before I started because it was not really my intent at the time.

I do not look like I have breasts at all really, well a little you can see where the Breast bumps sit for sure and the smiley face fold starting to form under them. It mostly looks like my chest has filled out, but if I lift them with my hands under them and lift a little (breast only), they fill to the middle of my palms.

I had very little if any fat on my chest to start with only tiny breast buds you could not see with the naked eye. Now you can see through a shirt LOL. And my nipples.. sheesh... they just stay out don't they lol.


I started wearing compression shirts to hid them a little.

You know when I realized they where really starting to grow? I could feel them brushing against my arms some times when I move.

Very typical of first noticing them. That, and when your breast buds REALLY let you know they are there. My left one feels bruised for about 2 weeks now, and if I hit them on something. . . WOW, they really let me know. LOL

Yea, first time I did that I was like.... OOhhhhh boy..... NO wonder my girl friends (literal friends that where girls) would bitch up a storm when they accidently bumped them when we where growing up.

I don't have any bruising at all and while my nipples are tender sometimes, its very tolerable. Well I say that but truth is I have lots of nerve issues from the Multiple Sclerosis so I may be getting a pass on some of it. Not really sure since I feel most things on my torso its mostly my limbs that have issues.

This is around, 2 months ish, I had to stop every thing for a couple weeks as i had a battery of tests, i started back up last saturday. i decided to flash them but i don't know if i'll keep them up.

I have been off of everything for about a month because of medical testing they are doing for my multiple sclerosis. However they continue to grow none the less just a bit slower.
