My friend bought it for me over a month ago. She has been emailing them no response at all. Has anyone dealt with ainterol.com? What can she or me do or who to email?

My delivery which arrived this week took a month to arrive in the UK which is about twice as long as last shipment.
I used the tracking number on the Ainterol order confirmation to monitor progress

There should be contact information posted on the site. When I ordered mine from ainterol.us it took a little over three weeks to get here. Did they not email any tracking information? I would have thought you'd have at least that so you can see where it is currently located. Good luck with your order, I you're able to find what is going on with it.

Hi Jenny! I had trouble with them too. Heres the thread:

I eventually came a lil over 3 weeks after I ordered. I was alarmed because they state on the site that deliveries should take no more than 15 days, they say that all shipments should be able to be tracked by USPS and it always said not found, even 2 weeks after my order was placed, and the .us site has an address in Delaware.
That doesnt matter though because the PM comes directly to you from Thailand by way of Germany.
Mine ended up coming after about ~20 days so I wouldnt worry to much.

If it was non US shipping It is likely stuck in Customs, Customs has been really dragging their feet about things lately.

Their product may be superb, but their customer service stinks. I've emailed them twice in the past few weeks to tell them that their link to the free extract deal is dead. No reply whatsoever.
