Having been doing this for about two years now, I am used to puffy nipples and an occasional itchy feeling. But recently my nipples get really quite puffed and leave me with an achy sensation that requires a good massage to relieve, actually feels like they're going to pop. I keep on expecting this to lead to a surge in growth, but there has been no noticeable change in size in the past couple of weeks since this started.

Anyone ideas what this could be?
