I understand it can help, especially in the bottom region. I seem to remember it being discussed sometime ago. I'm wondering if any current members have tried Maca and if so did you find it helpful and would you recommend it and if so what dosage.

I think most of us have tried it at some point . Some it's helped with boobs, some with rounder bottoms, some with libido.
I've had mixed results including a case of bad heart palpitations when I took too much (be weary if you have a heart condition)
I read all the maca reviews under the sun and it can/may made you gain elsewhere like tummy.

I think it's one of those you need to try it and start low and see how it reacts for you. Some take upwards of 3000mgs where as I could handle no more than 500mg.

I have been on maca since last year. I add it to my drink in the morning after my work out. I do not take it in the evening, because it keeps me up-too much energy. Pretty much what Ella has said is true that it depends on the individual, so try it and slowly. POM

I took Maca in the hopes of a bigger butt, but I can't say if it does work. What it does for me was boost my libido. I take 750mg a day.

I started taking Maca about two weeks ago (1000 mg/day) and I will say it does help with the libido. Right now I'm on a break from PM....so hard to say if its from not taking PM or the Maca. I do believe I've seen some increase in the bottom area and my hips seem a tiny bit wider, in that I seem to fill out my skirts better. I think I'll start measuring to see if this is the case or not. The fat redistribution to my chest area has not dissipated and even seem fuller so at this point doesn't seem to be any reversal from not taking PM. Will update as I continue on this experience. Thanks for all those replies
