So I had blood work done last week. I won't see the endo till Wednesday but they called with the results on Friday.
Last time I was in there, during the summer, my T was still down around 2.5 total and less that 0.1 free while E was around or just under 100.
During the time since then I have actually increased E to between 6 and 8 mgs daily (oral), while dropping PM back to around 1000 to 1500 a day which given my history with the bloody stuff is very low.
Because my T has remained very low, I have not been on any anti androgen.
Well new results have T rising to 15+, which I attribute to the lowered dosage of PM. Despite everything that has been said, I believe PM does have not only an estrogenic affect but also suppresses T.
So I am curious as to whether the endo will now be willing to add spiro to my program.
However, E has gobne through the roof, and as of last Wednesday when the test was taken stood at over 500. Yikes. The office told me to immediately decrease E dosage by half. But I know, and Sarah confirms this, that E test results can fluctuate widely according to time of day and how recently E was administered. I am not worried about the seemingly high aamount since I had accidentally and thoughtlessly taken 2 mgs about an hour prior to the test. Still, interested to learn what my Doc will say on Wednesday

Sammie guessing the unit of measurement is pg/ml? where does your endo like you to be at <200 pg/ml? thats quite an increase in serum level although i have heard of just an extra mg causing levels for some to go shooting up, have you noticed any difference in the way you feel or in development with the higher level?
