I started adding SP after the first week, but stopped that after about month 2, as I didn't think I was getting much from it other than bad body odor.. I am wanting to add something new to my plan, as it's very plain. I am noticing my testosterone is peeking through a bit as my desires to cross dress have come back in full swing and I'm wanting sex almost every night.
I was thinking adding WP, SM (spearmint) or BO, but not quite sure which would be best to try. I'm completely open to suggestions..
As for physical changes, my left side fills a 36A pretty decently, right side is not catching up, need to do something about that.. This is coming from completely flat on both sides. I would love to get a hourglass shape, so I'm pretty open to any suggestions.. Thank you so much!
Hi hurricane,
I would go with WP, and in an extract, I believe for a successful program you need things like WP and a few others:
★
White peony root-Estrogenic, blocks 5-Alpha Reductase (DHT) and pro-aromatase (converts testosterone to estrogen)
You can add this-
★
PABA - Decreases breakdown of estrogen in your body so you have more free estrogen.
And this-
★
Spearmint-Anti-androgenic properties reduces the level of free testosterone in the blood, while leaving total testosterone and DHEAS unaffected.
★ It is important to point out that testosterone is an anabolic (or protein building) hormone while cortisol is a catabolic hormone that breaks down proteins in the body. Normal aging consists of a progressive decrease in free testosterone with a marked increase in cortisol. As men age past 40, cortisol begins to dominate, and the catabolic effects associated with growing older begin to dominate.
Add PC:
★
Progesterone reverses some of the adverse effects of estrogen, relieving breast tenderness and lumps associated with fibrocystic breast disease. Progesterone may also be beneficial for fibroids, PMS, and endometriosis. This hormone is active in the building of bone and preliminary work also suggests osteoporosis might be reversed using progesterone cream.
Feminizing is subtle and takes time, so enjoy the changes (celebrate) when they
come. Patience and persistence is the name of the game here.
Oh btw, regarding spiro, yes I would.....
