Hello all, just throwing this out there: for the past week or so, I've been getting more and more irritable, and impatient. Not the whole day, but usually starting in the evenings. There are no apparent reasons for this, except a less calm, irritated and irrationally angry/impatient feeling welling up inside me. Not to the point of violence, but its annoying.

Took a 5 days break off the PM last week, my dosage is only 2000mg/day. Started up again 5 days ago. Could PM be the cause of this? Maybe increased DHT? I've been on PM since August 17th (10 weeks-ish). I don't know, please help, your advice/experience would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Sometimes pm can cause a t spike as body fights it
But most reports are certainly calm and happiness

The other consideration is that you do not have a tg brain

If you have a masculine brain , you may not like pm

Did you notice any change in irritability when you took a break from pm last week?

I agree with what Julie has said. Another possibility is if you previously felt calmer and happier while on pm, the current dosage you're currently may be losing its effectiveness. This may explain your increase with being irritable and impatient.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I had the calm and happiness for quite a while. I did notice a decrease in irritability when I took a break. I will try another break and see if it happens again, then perhaps try a dosage revision. Thanks.

Yes, after two days, it is definitely the PM. Damn. T-spike hell. Will take a week off, then start up again at a lower dose and take a break when I feel the irritability start up.

anger could come from a hormonal inbalance. when starting PM increases should be gradual to prevent shocking the system. your body was use to all that testosterone for years and was in tune to that. being grumpy when the trend wasnt there before tells me your not use to a large dose yet, give it time.when your new to this our body feels the estergen is to high and turns some into the dreded HeMone to try and set things right but the body doesnt always knows what we want saddly.
