You girls should make a hypnosis video/audio together! :L I really think visualisation can work, I've used it a few times for depression and it does help a lot! Here's the video I used https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QvF7m4gUi3o (apologies for the creepy voice and terrible music, I find I need guidance though so can't do it alone!). You could start with something like this then imagine the hormones circulating and new cells generating in the breasts xD I personally don't have a strong enough imagination any more to visualise without guidance, it'd be great if someone made one like this :L
