Don't you think FG is such a multipurpose supplement, I'd say shatavari and maca are close followers with similar multipurposes as well. A small study has been reported following a resistance exercise in which participants were given FG. A small increase in T and even smaller increase in DHT were reported, However estradiol increased by more than a 3 to 1 advantage. I have the study if you'd like me to post it, however, it's in the standard abstract (scientific) form.
But because of its phytoestrogen properties and the functionality, FG is great to have in your NBE program. I just did a FAQ about it the other day, for more info:

I managed to get my hands on some organic fenugreek leaf. I've yet to figure out what to actually "do" with it... ha ha. But I figure you can brew it into tea at a guess

I read sprouted fenu is more potent than seeds !!
Also it has become common in health councious people to let the sedd grow until it has reached 5-7 leaves than use whole product in salads like watercress .

You can use it in salads .
In asia fenu is grown to about 8-10 inch tall than its leaves are used in making a curry dish and many other dishes
