Has anyone tried WP sublingually? I'm interested if the doses would be less this way since it wouldn't need to pass through the liver.

I try to do my extract that way, but the best I've been able to do is try to let it sit there and resist the urge to swallow for as long as possible. Of course going that route you don't have to use nearly as much. Depending on what it is, it can be 3-4x more potent, that is if what you're taking sublingually is a good candidate for absorption via that method.

Lotus has done an outstanding job at explaining that.

Considering the alcohol content, sublingual is gonna be hard to do. And, if you do try it, the stinging you'll get might be hard to bear. Take a look at this, in liquid extract its getting released in a fraction of the time compared to capsules.

Janet, you have asked the very question that was on my lips. I need to be convinced though that the extract works better. For some unknown reason I have not experienced the same effects with extract against capsules.
My dear friend Myboobs seems to have found otherwise and this could be down to me using standard strength against Xtreme that Myboobs uses.

Janet, you are a cleaver girl and I would love to know what brand and strength you use.

I'd go with PM extract, the breast spray is merely an add-on to the capsules. As I suggested to Erin, sublingual seems to be the one of the more effective delivery options for PM extract. (short of intravenous).
