That can't be said. First, I'm an anecdote. Second, I have no idea what will happen if I stop for a week, or a month. Nor do I want to find out just yet. Yes, I'm blown away by the changes myself, but I'm still very early on with many variables that haven't been tested.

After a month-ish of, what I call, free-pumping which is just the skirts and cans, I decided to try the system as designed again. I previously had issues with getting the silicone skirts to not bunch, and the bra just felt ill-fitting. Well, I'm 3 hours in to what could be a 20+ hour soak and it fits great so far. An additional benefit is that the bra is drawing me to center even as I surpass my results from the morning. It's a different sensation around the entirety of my chest, but I'm excited for the next phase of this being worn as designed daily.
