2. Commit to a daily schedule to avoid taking too much pm at one time. When I was taking 4,000 mg of pm, I spread it out in four doses:
a. 1,000 mg after my morning shower.
b. 1,000 mg at lunch.
c. 1,000 mg around suppertime.
d. 1,000 mg at bedtime.
