That's the right stuff, but it's expensive compared to most you can get. If you have a Sam's club membership, you should be able to grab twice the number of capsules for the same price. (200 caps for ~$20) Or just look on Amazon:

So the SP extract should work better (soft gels)? I have a Sam's card also so I may try them. I've had thinning hair recently but I also used to wear a hat all the time so I'm sot sure if it was from that or the DHT.
