Hello ,

This is a 1 month update for my progress for those on BO and those who would like to start .
I have gained 1/2 around the bust which is as fast as I would like to progress .
Last year got so scared  I took 6 months off from BO , too much too soon for me .
Im posting a new photo , hope it doesn't scare off anyone
