Last update before I embark for a 20 days long holiday without any PM.

I have been on just 500mg/day (1 cap) of PM for the last few weeks. The feeling of growth has been stronger than usual and I can actually see changes in the shape of my chest, particularly the left side that is always "ahead" of the right side.
I took a few pictures with and without some bras, and I also took one with my regular cotton men's t-shir on, that is now tenting in all the "wrong" place.
More ot less in random order the pics will be:

.Me without any bra. My chest is wide, so the size of my boobs looks smaller than it feels
.A Pompea white microfiber bralette, non wired and non padded
.My regular t-shirt

.My "benchmark" 36B (I fit better in a 38A) black lace underwired bra. One of my favourite that I don't fill completely (working on it...)
.My other "benchmark" pale blue lace bralette (non wired, non padded)
.A skintone padded 38C bra (just for fun)

.A pink nursing bra that my wife gifted me when she didn't need it anymore. I like this a lot but I don't fill it completely (it's a 38C)
.A picture of another nursig bra with the open cups. Again a 38C. I know that this is technically cheating because the open cups are supporting my boobs and they look bigger, but I was really surprised at the size that came out in this picture.

I now have 20 days of pool and beach family holiday in Oceania. Hopefully nobody will notice...

Wife never cared too much about my CDing. She was the one alerting me when women's clothing stores were having sales... More than gifting me the bras, I asked her if I could have her old and worn out ones and she just gave them to me instead of throwing them. She doesn't know of NBE and, as far as she know, I am just a bit fatter than usual. In general, she doesn't care too much about how I look.

Sizewise, yes, they are growing a lot recently. Considering that I am taking a lot less PM than before, it is really surprising me.

So, it's been a full week after I restarted at 500 mg/day (1 Ainterol cap).
What I see for sure is the classic "turbo restart effect", meaning the sense of fullnes that follows a restart. But, if my eyes don't trick me, it looks like the shape of my chest is changing too.
I had a chance to do a short half hour of pumping with the milk pump and it really felt good.

Anyway, here are 3 images:
One bare chested immediately after pumping
One with one of my favourite bras (black, multiway, 38A)
One with one of my bralettes. (green, non padded, non wired). I really like how bralettes create a lot of shape.

Agree , bralet certainly gives better shape . Looks gorgeous

Mini update again. I am still on 500mg/day which seems to be giving some results. My left boob seems to be taking off in shape. The right one lags behind in terms of shape, but when it's wrapped in an underwired bra it has volume.

Today I was toying with some bras and I found this 38C push up bra. I think it's the first time that a 38 band bra actually has flesh to push up properly. I'm far from being a 38C, I think I'm in the 38A realm, but it's quite exciting to look down and see the shape of real boobs.
