There are many words of wisdom from our veteran members
what I really mean are those that have already trodden the path of experience !
From a very novice point of view together with trial and error, I started with the suppliers recommendations and soon realised that I was not going to see much progress, if any, so I followed the route that EricaB spoke about in her post.
I ramped up the dose from the recommended 1000mg per day to my current 3000mg per day. This would involve 3 capsules in the morning after breakfast and a further 3 capsules before going to bed.
I don't think there have been any side effects that I am aware of, however, I am not sure that some of my mood swings cannot be attributed to this PM dose.
I have since started taking Spearmint Tea (with grateful thanks to Lotus) in the hope that this will accelerate my growth. I have yet to post pictures etc, but I can be certain things are happening as the nipples have been so very tender together with significant twinges and a little areola growth
