Hi Samantha, the first week to 10 days was just one tablet each morning and night as per suggested dose PM supplier. I did eventually realised this dosage was for generic females and then ramped it up to double the dose for a few days.
I am now, as I said, on 3000mg per day and applying the PM cream at the same time. I have kept a chart throughout which does indicate some growth. Maybe it would be a good idea to post some thumbnail pictures to give a clearer idea.
I am thinking that 'spearmint' would be a good idea to help suppress the testerone but since I am in my late 60's I suspect it may well be reduced anyway. One thing about being advanced in my years (mentally and physically I have been blessed with a younger body) I have hardly any body hair not even under my arms. My wife thought I had been shaving legs and arms but I hadn't, lucky me lol! I have never in my entire life had chest hair etc so this helps too.
I wanted to get a breast suction device like a NB but I have no idea as yet how to even approach my wife with that idea. She accepts I am big chested for a man and the current slow growth has not been picked up YET!
This is why Hurricane I am so envious of your position having a wife who is so supportive of your needs, maybe in a 100yrs or so mine will Lol!
