Just tincture tadmespoon full of -- hops+SP+FN
No FG / maka / algarine
Just one dose in morning . Think stomach not sttled yet .
Still geting acidity after meal .
Think I will give herbs a break for another week till stomach back to normal .
Will try just maka and algerine as morning dose .
Even my staff seems to be going down like 10 pins
