I thought I had tummy bug and stayed off my program last 4 odd days . Yesterday took my morning dose felt ok . Second dose before meal in eve . And about 3 hrs later I was. Emptying bowels .
Today the tum feels bit tender so gona stay off the program untill tum feels settled.

Very likely it is not all that doing that. You need to find out which one is causing it. I did this approach anytime I had problem in past.
