Lotus, my dear, thanks for the information. I, too, have read that Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) is a serious health risk for those who do HRT, but I was led to believe that PM didn't present that risk. 
These leg cramps are something different, IMO. Mine don't happen if I drink a full glass of water at bed time (with or without a PM capsule
). Unfortunately, I then have to get up at 4AM to go pee.
