taking it with milk (if you can afford it) can often help, and wouldn't hurt.
adding spearmint (tea or capsules) obliterates DHT. (I use bulk loose leaf tea myself)
PABA can slow down/stop PM/Estrogen from breaking down as quickly (can be pricy at times)
GABA can help but personally i'd recommend taking it only once a month, no more than every 2 weeks (or less), and only before bed when you are certain to get a full 8 hours of sleep (it can act like a sleeping pill+relaxant, but also can decrease prolactin levels)
