I am currently taking fg, rc, hops,and sp. I just bought my first bottle of pm. Is it okay to go cold turkey on the other herbs to start pm or should there be somewhat of a trasition?

I don't think there is a concrete set of rules for transitioning from one regime to another. For me I just took fg, rc and sp until I ran out and then I started up on pm the next day.
