Hey everyone, I am appealing to you long timers who have already gone through your transition for awhile. My breasts are definitely growing. Since I started PM 3 x daily they really took off. The pain and pressure in them is nothing short of amazing, just a light tshirt touching them hurts like the dickens and I know this is because they are continuously forming and growing.

My question though, is... they are definitely getting rounder, they have formed and filled out circularly but I have not seen much in the way of length. Is it typical that they form and fill out round wise before they grow outward?
