Sorry to hear you need spinal surgery. I hope everything goes well, and it provides the intended relief.

I am not aware of any drug interaction, but personally, I would discontinue the PM at least two weeks prior to the surgery because nobody, especially doctors, know what hardly any herbal might do as far as interactions with medications as well as possibly thinning the blood and preventing clotting.
