Hi,
I was taking 2500mg Red Clover pill/day for 1.5 years, recently went to my local endo to check my estrogen level (blood test), but apparently it has totally NO impact on me (they cant see any surge in the estrogen reading from the red clover).
Now I've just started PM for 1 week, 500mg/ day, and was thinking to do another checking when I ramp it up to 1000mg/ day. However, I just came across one of the thread saying both blood test/ saliva test can only be used to check estrogen level. I was wondering how do we determine the "phytoestrogen level" for NBE?
And I'm also wondering if endo can't help to check the phytoestrogen level, does that mean the only way I have is self medication?
