I think your headache is caused by the estrogen, apparently if you have estrogen dominance it might cause the headache too. Might be the sudden intake of 1000mg PM which caused that? And maybe you're lucky that your body reacts to even a small amount of PM, maybe you can try progesterone (fenugreek) to cure your headache. Heard that it helps even out the estrogen and make your boobs fuller.
Just wondering, with 1 month on PM 500mg/ day, do you have any growth?
