Mine were never sensitive at all. PM and FG changed that to the point that I need to wear covering else they brush on the cloth of my shirts and cause inappropriate reactions at bad times.
I have also been using Supple Nips cups for about two months.
I think it has been a combo of both.
Another consideration would be heredity and brain wiring. Nipples on men are a leftover from the womb before your bodygender was set. (or so one theory goes).
